STTGL wasn't really a factor in the fight, they just added it because it's peak fiction. All the actual feats relevant for the argument are Simon's own which was beating up Anti-Spiral and the R>F stuff

Yeah, didn't say he outright COULDN'T. Just that the form itself is kinda irrelevant since TTGL and Simon basically have all the same feats for the conversation, with the only difference being STTGL being evidence that Simon's limits can still exceed further (which is a no-brainer)

Okay, yeah, that is very cheesy, but I really appreciate the creative thought put into it. I can imagine that one of the only ways for Ash & Pikachu to go through both Holactie and Magic Cylinder amounts to 'power of friendship bullshit' to the utmost extreme, that Ash's bond with Pikachu is that strong or that Pikachu's Z-Move is so powerful that it not only gets intercepted by Magic Cylinder but pierces through it, or overloads it in some fashion upon which Magic Cylinder cannot do but let the attack go through.

I really hope the post is just implying genjutsu gg (which is a valid win-con against most Shonen characters) when they said Itachi still wins even if Sess gets buffed to uni (there was a CRT that tried this iirc but was rejected, has the circumstances changed?).
