Not infinite, just not as pitiful as they portrayed. Big one is the regeneration issue though, not the transformation. They also left out the time resistance and the absolute zero, which would be a wincon any time it was used.

No, because the animation was mainly Asura punching all over with Kratos barely having battle dmg and using a whole arsenal on him, 6 minutes of animation didnt make a difference from the standard 2-3 minutes animation most fights have and DA accepted on the critics for it

4. Omni Man vs Bardock

It was stiff in various places and barebones to later fights

5. Dante vs Clive

Its literally the best 3D animation in the new era, done by Torrian whom animated many of the fights up till like S6 or S7, someone can correct me on that, most 3D fights dont compare to his and thats a no brainer

Yeah but in the episode they treated all the realms collectively as a single universe and then somehow got 9 million times universe busting from it being shaken, like there's no way they should've gotten results that high from shaking a universe sized construct

• OmnimanBardock is ok in animation, maybe it gets cool points for Oozaru stuff, but SSJ stuff felt lame. Ofc research is extra ass so its 7 at best, but maybe even a 5 due to research lmao
• Should BowserEggman count? Wasnt that technically more 3D too?
• KratosAsura had bad explanations and while what we got was fine, it somehow missed out on sooooooo many stuff. It can scrape to get 6
• Maybe I feel pity, but MCDoomslayer is pretty good. Solid fight, liked music, 8.
• MilesDeku zzzz boooring. Fundamentally solid ig but I dont care for it so like 7 at best, realistically 6. Kinda hate ending quote tbh.
• HulkGodzilla I actually kinda agree choreography is worse in 2nd half. Its a fun crossover scene, less a great fighting scene. Still, my inner Digimon fan liked the Ultima dimension scene. 8
• RubyMaka fundamentally no problems. Slap scene was funny. At least 9. If I cared about the verses maybe 10
• DanteClive kinda same as previous. Motorcycle scene was funny. 8-9, probably 9 in animation ngl

Dante vs Clive I think is around that low to mid generational tier.

This episode was painfully, frustratingly close to a 10/10. Some slightly better character interactions, a better death with better tension, then you could look past the research and verdict to give it a 10/10

Unpopular Opinion: I REALLY love the death in Dante VS Clive. It is supposed to feel anticlimactic to show that Dante's healing factor had been overtaxed as per their conclusions. So him becoming a donut and burning to ash, something he would have normally shrugged off, really shows that he was outta gas after the clash.

I was honestly ok with it. My favorite part was how relieved Clive looked upon realizing he finally killed Dante. You can tell he was about to crap his pants if Dante had survived that lol.
