Splinter v Shifu: Uh... TMNT has nuts scaling and Shifu doesn't scale to the big KFP stuff, so...
Ultron vs Thwane: As others have said, Timefuckery is a major counter to Ultron. Pick a tier for both, really.
Zim vs Crypto: Zim has sheer power in the bag, but in terms of a fight they have similar speed capabilities... and then there's In-Character. Zim is pretty incompetent. Crypto is NOT Incompetent. Zim gets haxed or lands a solid hit, really.
Slenderman vs Moth Man: Yeah uh... most Moth Men are like, 9-C. There exists tier 2 Slendermen, if I recall. So...
Ash Williams vs Frank West: Uh... Ash has comics and a book. I don't know how strong Ash gets in those, but with just movie/game content, Frank West should kick his teeth in.
Caine vs Tenna: Caine haxes the happy holidays out of him, unfortunately.
Gerson vs Death: Without wanking Death to the stratosphere, Gerson pretty solidly beats him. Also, Gerson's wank peak is higher than Death's, and has more reason to scale to it than Death does his.
Alastor vs Black Hat: Yeah uh, Black Hat is 100% stomping Al here. Not only is his hax better and more numerous, but even ignoring the asinine amounts of WoG Black Hat has, he's leagues faster and has better stats everywhere except LS.
Black Hat vs Warden: BH has a MUCH better In-Character, but tossing out WoG he's got nothing to actually kill Warden. If he has WoG he molley whops no questions asked though.
Richard Nixon vs Dr. Manhattan: One of these men has tier 1 hax. And better hax overall. And also comes from two sets of popular comic books. Manhattan dogwalks.
Syndrome vs Titan: Titan ***** around too much, but Syndrome is not tier 7, or even all that high into tier 8, so he can't like... KILL Titan.
Donald vs Daffy: genuinely? No idea. They have one way each to put the other down, and either losing their temper and busting it out is possible. Them also having it taken away and used on them is possible.

Ye even I have to admit some of the bluster against Nintendo is slightly overblown. I saw some guy bring up the C&D’s against Pokémon Uranium, and I’m like ‘sure, but you are aware that downloads for Uranium persisted regardless?’.
There will always be workarounds to the big N’s temper tantrum of the day. Don’t make your enemy more of a force than they actually are.

In fairness, their lawsuits against Palworld have been pretty impotent, so they're not as unstoppable as they're trying to seem.

Peeing on someone is a physical act that is society sees as deeply inappropriate, so yes its battery. Not sure if that would constitute assault though since that's based on the victims perception of a potential imminent harm or offensive act rather than the act itself, though I guess if the act continued it could constitute it since once the kid realized he was getting pissed on and it continuing it would count as the perception of the act.
