I think they were referring the 70s(?) original crossover where Goji matched Thor and/or just said the DestroysMarvel scene was Elseworlds to them for some reason.

If you're referring to the 70's Marvel Godzilla comics and Godzilla Destroys the Marvel Universe, then the answer is a straight yes. In fact, DTMU is actually a sequel to the original Marvel Godzilla comics.

Nah, Toga uses the full power of the Quirk for what blood she drinks. Twice clones become less durable the greater their numbers, but they remain just as strong. Besides they're at least durable enough to not splat against each other instantly as soon as they touch something.
Just kind of imagine the more Twice=less total health, but same defense.
