Unfortunately canon statement for Goji Destroys Mahvel came way too late, they decided verdict earlier.Yeah, it is totally understandable that they didn't use the Godzilla crossovers in the match against the Hulk; however, according to DB, the canonical Marvel Godzilla comics aren't canon because they say so. That's even more lame, IMO…
Its closer to billions of times weakerAlso lmao they actually released the blog early loooool
Also also like, even if Maka was 100 times weaker than Black*Star, he'd still be superior to Ruby in blog's stats :V
Well, one of the Death Battle's Godzilla researchers said, "It wouldn't severely impact the result even if counted". However, in that comic, Godzilla and Thor damage the Yggdrasil's roots, which would still be 1-A regardless.Unfortunately canon statement for Goji Destroys Mahvel came way too late, they decided verdict earlier.
Hat Kid won
Yang won against Tifa of all people when Yang had like what, 2 seasons worth of content against a final fantasy character, clearly done for promoting and having the creator have a fight in his memoryDB hasnt shown to be biased against RWBY so no
I dont think you read what I said mon frereYang won against Tifa of all people when Yang had like what, 2 seasons worth of content against a final fantasy character, clearly done for promoting and having the creator have a fight in his memory
Weiss was given one of the tamest deaths ever if not the tamest one ever among the episodes, Ruby won against Ragna for promotion yet again, saying there wasnt bias is like saying Homelander vs Omniman wasnt a stomp by all points of view
ZeedKZ explained that in that comic, Godzilla and Thor damaging the Yggdrasil's roots would still be 1-A regardless.Thor Vs Godzilla is clearly non canon, that's the only one they mentioned.
While Death Battle is a cool show, it is still a fan-made product with no official status; however, I'm excited to see how the official and canon battle between Godzilla and Hulk plays out.Godzilla destroys the Marvel universe on the other hand, is the only one that's canon, and Gojo doesn't Hulk until October, so including it is worthless.
Its closer to billions of times weaker
Like i said before, the version of Maka in the final battle got near oneshot by a Mountain level attack in the previous arc, and one of pre-ascension Kid's guns in her weakened human form was stated to be stronger than Maka at her peak.
It would completely break the in-verse scaling for Maka, a low-mid tier 2-star meister, to be anywhere near as powerful as Kid and BlackStar, who were both top tier 3-Star meisters in the final battle
Wasnt that fight different from DestroysMarvel story?Well, one of the Death Battle's Godzilla researchers said, "It wouldn't severely impact the result even if counted". However, in that comic, Godzilla and Thor damage the Yggdrasil's roots, which would still be 1-A regardless.
Thats not what im referring to at all, im referring to Crona nearly oneshotting Maka with Scream Resonance in their first fight
I didntWhile we're at it, care to explain why you lied about your Kratos v Thor scaling?
Kid was promoted to 3-Star in the last chapter of the manga, and BlackStar became the level of a 3-Star mid-Asura fight as per word of god. Just because you dont remember the events of the story doesnt mean im lying.Hi Weekly, I see we're also lying about BlackStar and Death the Kid being three stars again.
- Both Black Star and Maka were made Two-Stars after the events of the Capture Baba Yaga Castle arc (and Kid probably would have as well if he hadn't been abducted by that point), and neither Black Star nor Kid got promoted following the Salvage arc even after they got massive buffs in power. This ranking means nothing by the end of the series.
Once again, i didntWhile we're at it, care to explain why you lied about your Kratos v Thor scaling?
I'm pretty sure we don't scale elseworld characters to the greater cosmology unless they're directly showed to be a part of the same cosmology. And even if it were 1-A, it really wouldn't have changed the outcome.ZeedKZ explained that in that comic, Godzilla and Thor damaging the Yggdrasil's roots would still be 1-A regardless.
Weekly mean against, not in favor.Yang won against Tifa of all people when Yang had like what, 2 seasons worth of content against a final fantasy character, clearly done for promoting and having the creator have a fight in his memory

Like I said, I don't mind that they didn't use the Marvel Godzilla stuff; what is weird is their analysis of the things. Yeah, of course the Thor from that crossover isn't as powerful as mainline Thor, but he isn't that weak as they said either.Wasnt that fight different from DestroysMarvel story?
Well they did put them at same level of power still without it so shrug :VLike I said, I don't mind that they didn't use the Marvel Godzilla stuff; what is weird is their analysis of the things. My guy you can't even keep your story straight in the same thread now. Your words were:Thats not what im referring to at all, im referring to Crona nearly oneshotting Maka with Scream Resonance in their first fight
You did.I didnt

I think the fight was a missed opportunity to show more Godzilla incarnations besides Minus One and Ultima. They could have been "Avatars of IT", but we all know the result.I didnt say it yet, but in hindsight I kinda get people not liking HulkGodzilla that much. The 2nd half, while very cool with the music and use of "It" dimension, didnt exactly have good fight choreography. Its a good crossover, but not a good "fight".
I know that using the crossovers wouldn't have changed the outcome. What is odd to me is that they are using a planet-busting feat as classic Godzilla's peak. And even if it were 1-A, it really wouldn't have changed the outcome.
Yeah, I know; my point is that their Godzilla analysis is odd regardless. :VWell they did put them at same level of power still without it so shrug :V
…And to think he’s the reason I found a Lin Lee Koo MU. Sorry man.N (Murder Drones)
Does she even have a opponent?Cream The Rabbit
This two have a matchup togheter, so is really pick a Poison scenario for you If a episode happens with this two.Nezuko Kamado
.Alphonse Elric
Almost certainly not, but the DB fandom will make matchups for everyone and their mom, so I'm sure in the name ofDoes she even have a opponent?
Wasn't that Godzilla amped also Ben confirmed the ending was whether Ultima was banished or killed is up to interpretationWell, one of the Death Battle's Godzilla researchers said, "It wouldn't severely impact the result even if counted". However, in that comic, Godzilla and Thor damage the Yggdrasil's roots, which would still be 1-A regardless.
They wanted to do that but time restraints was an issue and budget probably was a factorthink the fight was a missed opportunity to show more Godzilla incarnations besides Minus One and Ultima.
I read the Goji vs Hulk one, they kinda just team up against Hedorah iirc and go their separate ways. One thing that seemed weird to me though was that it gets mentioned that Banner scapegoated Rick Jones as the Hulk, causing his death, which is SUPER OOC for him. It was pretty good otherwise though. While Death Battle is a cool show, it is still a fan-made product with no official status; however, I'm excited to see how the official and canon battle between Godzilla and Hulk plays out.
In fact, I was originally talking to TMaakkonen about Godzilla Destroys the Marvel Universe Issue 1, where Godzilla knocks Thor out of consciousness, but Emirp Sumitpo thought that I was talking about the Vs. Thor issue. But yeah, you're right, Goji was amped in that battle; however, if DB was referring to that battle, then they analyzed it wrong, as Goji never beat Thor. It was the opposite; Thor killed Godzilla but died in the explosion, so that could be considered a draw instead of a straight win for Goji.Wasn't that Godzilla amped also Ben confirmed the ending was whether Ultima was banished or killed is up to interpretation
I see… I don't judge anyone by their budget, but the truth is that the battle was poorly choreographed. They wanted to do that but time restraints was an issue and budget probably was a factor
Ironically, in DB suicide moves seem to be considered a valid win con.It was the opposite; Thor killed Godzilla but died in the explosion, so that could be considered a draw instead of a straight win for Goji.
Ah, so you don't know? According to Gerry Duggan (the writer of Godzilla vs. Hulk and Godzilla Destroys the Universe), GvH was only Godzilla and Hulk's first meeting, but a real battle between both will happen in Godzilla Destroys the Marvel Universe Issue 4, which is going to be released in October of this year. According to him, that issue is the craziest thing that he has ever written in a Marvel comic or any other comic ever in his life. That makes me excited because Godzilla literally killed a Celestial in Issue 1, plus overpowered Wanda and Dr. Strange's magic, among other feats, so it makes me wonder how the real fight between Godzilla and Hulk is going to play out in Issue 4…I read the Goji vs Hulk one, they kinda just team up against Hedorah iirc and go their separate ways. One thing that seemed weird to me though was that it gets mentioned that Banner scapegoated Rick Jones as the Hulk, causing his death, which is SUPER OOC for him. It was pretty good otherwise though.
Its only you. Everyone knows capeshit scaling is extremely tight and solid. Is it just me or has Celestials in Marvel turned into the Vegeta of the series where they exist just to get folded to hype up some big threat?
Tbh, now I don't know if DB was referring to Godzilla vs. Thor from Godzilla Destroys the Marvel Universe Issue 1 or their battle in Vs. Thor, but if to DB suicidal moves are win cons, then that Elseworld Thor straight up won that battle, but still somehow to them Godzilla won it.Ironically, in DB suicide moves seem to be considered a valid win con.
