Sharingan and Susanoo pretty much makes it hard for Byakuya to get in even with senbonzakura- and he does have a one-hit kill with Totsuka Blade vs Byakuya's mid-long range but the funny part is if we give Bleach filler stuff, Byakuya is probably the ONLY character to counter a genjutsu-like ability partially thanks to his bond with Senbonzakura breaking it for him
