The best we'll get is Deadpool using his plot hax in his (pseudo-spite) fight with The Mask to mess with the outcomes of pass DB episodes that self admittedly had poor and/or outdated research: S1 Link Vs Cloud, Toph Vs Gaara and Yang Vs Tifa (via neck snap iirc).

Unless Shockwave has some god tier feats from the comics Nonon kinda just washes him. At her peak she is Multiversal+ to Low Complex Multiversal with infinite to Immeasurable speed as well as fairly potent passive causality hax

But yeah, without tier 1 stuff he kinda just dies. The IF bluffs massively shifted the stats of Kill La Kill to the point that they stomp almost all of their matchups now

And on an semi unrelated note, I think MCU Thanos might unironically be IDW Shockwave's best MU.
They're pretty even in stats and hax, and have some fairly solid connections. Both also have armies of their own so army battles are pretty possible.
