Granted it also just really sounds like a solo Miles track more than anything. I really dig the horns on it.

I second this. They conflated lifting strength with punching strength along with movement speed and reaction speed, downplayed the durability of Miguel's suit along with Layla's resistance to being shocked out of commission.
Legit the only leg up Terry had was experience. Coming from a guy who freakin' loves Terry, that's just not enough.

Is it any wonder then why so many people believe that the Spider-Verse movies treat Peter better than the comics do? Dude's married to MJ, has a kid, and is generally very happy with his life as seen in Across the Spider-Verse.
Hell the Insomniac games treat Peter so much better as well, so I don't understand why the media like games and movies can allow Peter to develop but not the comics.

according to their profiles, Blackbeard takes strength (moon-small planet vs multi cont) while K. Rool takes speed (FTL vs MFTL+). Blackbeard has better abilities though
