Iirc MHA, JJK and KNY all took a lot of inspiration from Bleach, Deku I believe even shares the same birth date as Ichigo I think?
Kinda funny that Deku got a 2nd chance before Yuji even got one on DB (tho in a universe where both Gojo and Sukana exist, it's kinda a miracle Yuji even has any noteworthy popularity, it doesn't help a vocal minority of JJK fans still believe Yuta should've been the MC).

Why is everytime I see a Deku MU its always a stomp?
Like its either Deku cleans house w ease or he gets stomped to high hell (Asta and Johnny Joestar come to mind cause one simply unga bungas deku away and the other has MFTL speed w dura neg for days if you allow scaling to the world)

It doesn't help that Deku's only really genuine hax power, his soul destroying Transferal punches, require him to have already injured the enemy first and it requires him to lose his abilities with each punch.

Deku feels like the opposite of a Jojo character because you need a character of higher tier or else the character that fights the jojo character is cooked

Good, Miles can hang with the JJK top tiers at least (they recently got upgraded and are unironically in the same tier as the CSM top tiers with JJK having the overall AP advantage while CSM has the speed advantage) and he blitzes the verse yet he has zero way to bypass the wall of all those haxes and eventually gets worn out.
I swear if DB pulls a Sundisk with Miles I will literally laugh like Sukuna and Mahito for 5mins straight. I've got no horse in the coming MU but I'm interested to see the fan reaction of the outcome and more importantly how DB scales the Marvel street tiers these days (personally anything above 8-A with MHS+ speed at most, is wank).

Also yeah theres a downgrade to the 7-A calc that got to High 7-C (though I could see magnitude 4.5 than magnitude 4 since previous calcs do use 4.5 or 4)

7-A JJK makes alot of sense imo but not like "that", I didn't know the jurisdictions here were so faulty tbh. I feel like JJK is the new OP here with a verse sweeping CRT that upgrades or downgrades (sometimes both) multiple characters happening seemingly every month.

I've been looking at Miles vs. Deku, and I think DB might set up a battle where they can both one-shot each other—Deku punching him or punching near him, and Miles using his Venom Strike—so I think they'll bring it down to speed. In that case, Deku will have Fa Jin and Gear shift to overwhelm Miles.
Or at least I hope so, it makes the fight more interesting if that's the case.

Deku has tanked electrical attacks, including lightning, so it's entirely possible he just resists that

You can blame the fact that the attempted upgrades were trying to buff a bunch of low tier characters to tier seven while also throwing out some old tier seven calcs that are invalid now before having their upgrades debunked.

Look, I'm giving the benefit of the doubt to Miles. Also, I'm pretty sure Venom Strike is strong enough that it could one-shot regardless of resistance if they take Miles harming Blackheart with it seriously.

Probably but that brings up the question of how they're gonna view Gearshift's insane levels of speed amplification. Each level perception blitzes the previous one in comparison.

I mean if that's the case then Miles is screwed since Deku is known for dealing with people who are not only faster than him but can predict his moves so that and his insane AoE/Range is basically GG.
