Deku vs Miles feels like it was a match up thought up by someone who was genuinely upset about the results of Deku vs Asta, in all honesty. Like unless DB giga wanked Miles to oblivion (which would be insane) then Deku ends up being way stronger, faster, tougher, and having a few methods to just instantly win.
I'm not in any position to talk shit, but how does the Death Battle community come up with MUs that range from being genuinely amazing to complete snooze fests? I don't think anyone's demanding for Miles or Deku to return, especially with such a boring match to add on to it.

Tbf deku vs miles has been a popular mu thanks to the spider verse movie to the point many thought it was gonna happen in s7 when miles was one of the teaser characters

Yeah it's this that bothers me. A vast majority of Godzilla's wincons heavily rely on some extremely shaky external stuff rather than in universe material.
Meanwhile, with Hulk, his wincons are much more simple and streamlined.

Honestly, I'm fine with the take as long as Superman embodies the ideal hero or at least works his way towards it. Kind of a hot take, as but I've never been a fan of the whole "hero so perfect and flawless that makes the world better just by existing and knows what's better for everyone", rather than inspiring I find it... uh, said without elegance, arrogant and even narcissitic on part of the author.
