It's a really hard dynamic to begin with because neither, especially Light, fight conventionally. they're both at their best scheming for power and survival with complicated plans that have a lot of contingencies which require prior knowledge of their situations. while Walter is more armed and willing to physically put himself in harm's way, light having an easier win con from square one pretty much ensures that he's always at an advantage

I’m leaning toward Joker too, mostly because I’ve always liked how scrappy and clever he is in tight spots. I wouldn't be shocked if they pull a twist with Satanael popping up at the clutch moment. But I gotta admit, RTZ is nuts in terms of hacks, so Giorno winning is also super likely. Death Battle tends to go wild with power scaling anyway.

The arguments against the higher scaling are genuinely terrible, literally just "this in an outlier", "this is hyperbole", "this is too vague" over and over, absolutely rancid.
Other than that it's cool, it even has some canonicity stuff I didn't know about.

Have you guys heard of SealthWave? He goes in-depth on the scaling and his points are very valid. Before coming across his videos, I wasn't sure what to go by when it comes to Canon validity but this guy nails it to the tee, considering the Database of the old Street Fighter system and the comics, which are actually canon.
