The only thing we know is that it makes a species go extinct over an unspecified amount of time; it could take minutes or years depending on the specificities, but it's an unknown. Meanwhile, infection with The Mold does take seconds to infect someone, at which point it can mind control them, cause them to explode, or rot into black goo and spread the infection further.

The effects of The Mold are passive and spread through touch. If Goku punches an infected person, or even if he touches an infected surface/area, he is getting infected. Sure, if he goes for a ki blast first, then yeah, it can't do much; but the question asked if any Capcom property can defeat Goku, and The Mold absolutely does have the potential to do so.

Could work as a special short episode or something, Ultron Sigma and Dark Kahn should have in terms backstory and powers more then enough, it will come down to cosmology scaling, within the versions of marvel and dc in those crossovers that is

Kotal Kahn vs Illaoi (Mortal Kombat vs League of Legends): Someone notes that LoL has some crazy scaling these days, particularly due to Arcane. They also think that Kotal is a really cool character. They think that it would be cool, although Kotal has a pretty brutal moveset.

Ogre from Tekken fits much better with Kotal Khan, especially from a visual stand point and how they are viewed within the series by those who worships them

Both DMC and Dragons Dogma (pretty obscure in the power scaling community) have substantial tier 1 arguments both on and off the site. As for an actual Capcom Vs SJ MU I believe Nero Vs Ichigo and Composite Ryu Vs Composite Goku were kinda popular not too long ago also Monster Hunter Vs Toriko fighting over food would be funny to see (albeit a niche at best MU).

Think the actual scans in the game suggest it to a degree, not long ago 2-A was accepted (till downgrade) and even before that for tier 1

Probably a good thing. Where I live, episodes normally drop on monday, so it’s much easier for me to see the premiere if they start dropping new eps on sundays (in my timezone)
