I don't think they'd start in base (At least Ryo, Griffith starting in base is pretty reasonable) but if they would, I think a much better interaction would be Ryo just straight up pulling out a shotgun

I can see that, either way I just think it's neat how the animation looks like a 3-D adaptation of Invincible, especially so with the ****-ton of stars

I assumed that new episodes would be released not once a month, but once every 3 weeks. It's twice as much as before, but it's very frustrating. With such pauses, you want much more interesting matches and high-quality performances.
Spawn vs Ghost Rider and Eggman vs Bowser were definitely worth every minute of the wait, and I would put this on the list of the best episodes of the whole show.
Joker vs Giorno was not bad, but it wasn't like it was the match you really want to see.
Fall Guys vs Among Us feels like a filler episode.
Omniman vs Bardock and Asura vs Kratos were a huge disappointment.
This is my personal opinion, but with such a release schedule, the show is simply forgotten. I can understand the month-long wait for Ghost Spawn, but waiting a month for Mahito and Shigaraki to fight is just weird.
It would make more sense if there were fights at least once every 3 weeks.

Yeah, say that when each video is getting over a million views each time, some as in a little over a week.
You might not like these month long gaps, but they sure as hell open up the avenue for some truly wonderful fight animations. For one, the fight you're complaining about (Shiggy vs Mahito) is being animated by Moro, would you want an animation that's made in only 3 weeks, or a full month where effort can be put into it without rushing?

Heh, guess we both had reignition arcs. I had an inner conflict with myself that I finally snapped out of two years ago, and decided to get back into my true Sonic fan grindset. Adventure Boomer maxing did that to me.

Say, I saw this be discussed on the Death Battle Wiki, so I figured I'd ask here: which Marvel vs Non-DC is more likely to happen at this point, Spider-Man vs Ladybug or Deku vs Ms. Marvel? I'm personally leaning towards the former, as Pter could REALLY use a runback and Miraculous seems to be a popular request to bring onto the show, but I figured I'd ask here and see what others think.

I feel like Deku is more likely to fight Miles then Ms. Marvel since Miles is more popular so Deku vs Ms. Marvel has a lower chance of happening imo.
