Unless Asura has a resistance to his emotions being removed I'd say it should be able to remove it, but it has been a while since I've played Asura's Wrath so I might not be remembering a moment where he resists something like that.

Well I guess an argument could be made that despite being the creator of mantra, Chakravartin could not manipulate Asura's wrath in the slightest, despite his countless attempts at trying to make Asura replace him as the Creator. Ig.

it is fine but I think you should be better at the graphic design part of the tier list. It looks visually unappealing. Try to make the characters fit in between the lanes perfectly by cropping and adjusting them to your will.
I dont know a lot about Johan but the characters you put there make sense
Though I would put Joker a few tiers lower because the characters have a tonal and visual clash

I used mobile and a app called polish and besides, i did not want to make them too small and its heath ledgers joker not his comic book counterpart and he's alot more serious and stuff compared to him.
