The main protagonist of Mouthwashing. So, if I may ask, once again, who's this Jimmy people have been talking about?
I get what you mean and is not wrongPet peeve:
DB fans kinda forget that the point of a Death Battle is the debate, they repeat in literally every video that the reason behind the existence of it is "we'll find out who would win".
MUs should have at least some degree of being debateable, regardless of how popular it is. This is why Gohan vs Invincible or Alastor vs Black Hat are bad, because they're literally just slaughters, where's the exact fun?
Thematics, connections, animation potential? Cool, but there's fanfiction.net for that, and most of the time the "plots" DB gives for the fight to happen are pretty stupid. Gohan and Invincible having a lot in common does not mean that their hypotetical fight somehow becomes entertaining, it's literally Gohan one-shotting the whole verse through breathing too hard.
And to clarify: By "stomp MU" I mean stuff where X objectively just stomps Y so blatantly that everyone agrees with the winner, stuff like Alucard vs Dio or Goku vs Superman which were indeed debated by many on the other hand is ok because it has the "holy shit it's such a controversial fight" sparkle that people are attracted to.
Yes I know Omniman vs Homelander or Spongebob vs Aquaman are good, but there the spite is implied and made blatant, so these get a pass.
Please don't strawman me.However I say mainly boils down to visual wise not just stats
There shouldn't be a need of a debate if it's obvious as hell who wins though lolPet peeve:

Tbh what do Vitrumites do besides punching and flying lolMark is a brick
Hold their breath? :VVTbh what do Vitrumites do besides punching and flying lol
You worded what I meant better than how I said it.Ngl, I don't mind "stomp MU" as long as the thematics, connections, and animation potential outweigh it being a stomp. For example, Omni-Man VS Homelander is a stomp match but the thematics and character interaction of the mu are what made it a fun mu that peeps wanted, along with the two just being really popular characters at the time. On the other side of things there's Gohan vs Invincible which also has thematics and potential for interesting character interaction if done right but suffers as a mu because it such a big stomp it outweighs the things the mu has going for it.
I didn't strawman you if anything I'm just adding to your pointPlease don't strawman me.
I didn't say that visuals don't matter, only that connections, thematics and story potential ain't cutting it if it's a one sided murder in a realistic fight.
If only Vergil had a more anime-esque look, hand drawn would be working if they go somewhat the project x zone art styleCool MU
My only issue that there respective models clash heavily
MvC3 model would still clash as they look similar to his DMC3 eraCould use MVC3 or 2d
The big Digimon options atm arePondering, should indie DB try to now return to certain verses, that have only been used once or few times?
Couple years back there was glamour to introduce new verses, and last two years they've done pretty well. But evergreens and new verses left some verses stagnated, like Digimon SoL. Maybe now would be good time?
Still feel like Narukami should fight Soma, considering it would give Castlevania at least one more fighter on the show. The big Digimon options atm are
Gogeta vs Omegamon
Yu Narukami vs Takumi Aiba
Mewtwo vs BlackWarGreymon
Lan & MegaMan.EXE vs Takato & Guilmon
d a m mI haven't seen this site for a year.
How exactly?Popeye has now entered public domain (KIND OF)
it's like a mickey situationHow exactly?
Basically, his very first appearance originally as a side character to the comic that focused on Olive Oyl and her brothers - Castor and Ham Gravy. Appearantly, his ability to eat spinach as a power up isn't or should be allowed as it basically arrived when he became what we think of as Popeye - so his original powerup would be to rub the head of a sort of hen.How exactly?
but I also heard that thing wasn't renewed about it's copyright from 1931?Basically, his very first appearance originally as a side character to the comic that focused on Olive Oyl and her brothers. Appearantly, his ability to eat spinach as a power up ISN'T allowed as it basically arrived when he became what we think of as Popeye
Those 2 are only likely ones. Other 2 are too niche, F.The big Digimon options atm are
Gogeta vs Omegamon
Yu Narukami vs Takumi Aiba
Mewtwo vs BlackWarGreymon
Lan & MegaMan.EXE vs Takato & Guilmon
Which would be most likely? I'm inclined to think Gogeta vs Omegamon or Mewtwo vs BlackWarGreymon because of the casual appeal their opponents bring (Mewtwo is, spitballing here, a top 10 character most requested for a runback).
Are you kidding me?! We could've had absolute peak!
Cuz they think making edgy stuff like that to a childhood thing is hilarious, thats like making a creepypasta, but its official nowI hate it when once cartoon characters become public domain, people make shitty horror movies/games out of them. Why can't they make wacky cool stuff like Duke Nukem or Jojo?
Are you kidding me?! We could've had absolute peak!
Microsoft has no taste.in the age of crossover how the **** ya say no to this idea
this is a money maker idea for **** sakes
Crazy how similar they are for the main connection and would be actually cool to do a meta fight
It is prob a stomp since while Mita is physically stronger than Monika, she lacks the same level of meta power that Monika has and doesn't have any counters too it.This has very quickly become one of my most wanted MUs. Thing is, IDK how powerful Mita is compared to Monika, so I'm not sure if it'd be a stomp or not.
Yeah Mita physically stomps Monika, especially if becoming a giant, but Monika has the hax edge overall, tier 2 powers arent to be joked withIt is prob a stomp since while Mita is physically stronger than Monika, she lacks the same level of meta power that Monika has and doesn't have any counters too it.
