Yeah, that was pretty ass. Here I was deluding myself that he was weakened or something and was just using the Triforce to cover for his lost power or something. Honestly, they could have just done that... have Null say something like "Mwaahahaha! I may not have my full power, but I at the very least I can still plunge this world into nothingness with this bit of the Prime Energy!" or something.

Something similar here, but with the addition of making me less afraid of creating powerful characters when writting stuff. Before I thought that having a country level character would make a story unmanageable.

Because of Outerversal Pennywise, I assume? I guess to casuals who don't know anything about the Dark Towers cosmology or the lore of the Macroverse, they'd be utterly baffled at the idea of Pennywise apparently being strong enough to solo the Dragon Ball franchise.

Hell I don't blame them: if you're someone who isn't into power scaling and look at what Pennywise did through casual lenses, you'd probably be confused about how some shapeshifting clown lost to a couple of humans when he's suppose to be some cosmically powerful entity without knowing the context behind how he lost to begin with.

That's what I thought was going to happen, like his billions of years of imprisonment or whatever made him weaker but nah, dude was basically just an annoying bug the goddesses decided to just trap under a bowl or something. At least Null's got some of the bext hax in the series, deadass can just seal anyone in the verse if he's able to catch them in his rift.

There was some odd downplay. Dismissing Dream Depot or Maginary World scaling was very weird, and most of the counter arguments against infinite/immeasurable for Sonic were made just so Eggman doesn't stomp. It was better than normal, don't get me wrong, but it was still a little iffy.

Btw i have bought the original IT book, i will see if the Movie really downplayed Pennywise or if he is a true FRAUD even at his peak

I remember when Majora was considered Low 2-C on here due to that guidebook statement which said Majora corrupted the universe of Termina, including it's space and time, and the Triforce upscaled above that. Talk about a massive downgrade in glowup.

I guess, they don't want to just upstage Ganondorf? Though they already kind of did with Majora. His rifts also have Void manip at least, don't they?

I remember their Sauron analysis took some stuff from (our admittedly garbage at the time) pages. Though mostly in addressing things they disagreed with. Was a great blog to get ideas from, even if I nowadays think it's pretty wrong in a lot of areas.

G1 did something similar with their Morgoth vs Sinestro stuff.

I mean technically they did have Null upstage him, he controls a copy of Ganon which has the same strength and powers of the original (Minus the Triforce of Power) and while not as physically powerful as other villains like him (When he's got that Triforce piece or his secret stone) and Majora, in terms of scale and danger he's the biggest threat in the whole series since if he wasn't stopped all of reality would be erased from existence.

Ah, right, that's true. I had forgotten about that Echo. In the end it was never revealed where the real Ganon was, was it?
 
Nope, real Ganon's fate is left up for debate. But given that Echoes of living things seemingly can't be made without the original being defeated or killed...

It doesn't bode well for Ganon what happened to him before the events of the game.

Yeah they don't set up anything like a sequel, Null gets nuked and Tri says jobs done and goes home. But since this game likely takes place in the downfall timeline Ganon will be back, dude doesn't stay dead for more than a week in that timeline.

Eggman vs Bowser is hands down the most I've been hyped for an episode since Archie Silver vs Xeno Trunks, I'd say. As long as DB doesn't screw over the research for Bowser and Eggman, and as long as the fight itself absolutely slaps hard, I'm confident that this will end up being in my top ten favorite episodes in Death Battle's history.

I'm confident enough that both will get equal respect, no matter who wins/loses. All that they've shown has given me that faith.

No actually they made fun of it because apparently one of the loser club kids scales to MFTL+ Reaction speed on the wiki so they were saying how Richie (I think its his name) can dodge all of Gokus punches
