Then there's rumors I think that the sun disc shit is genuinely an error or something? IDK man I don't know what to believe anymore but the Joker sweep made me forget about that shit anyway.

While cosmic level heroes and villains are fun, for me, when it comes to space opera at least, I think Saxton got it just right with Star Wars. Thousands of gees of acceleration in space, and high teraton energy weapons for starships is more than enough power for me, and still lets you have plenty of impressive visuals.

You know what's funny about this? I remember having a discussion with a Discord friend of mine in regards to a topic similar to this one and, in my perspective, the reason why lower tiered feats sound more impressive than higher tiered feats is because the former is far more easy to imagine and visually show.

To use your meme as an example: destroying an "Outerverse" is objectively more impressive, but it doesn't have much of a "wow!" factor to it because we can't completely comprehend or imagine what an Outerverse actually is. But with a solar system, we know how big that stuff and seeing a character destroy it in our minds tends to sound and look more impressive in that sense.

I mean, in real terms, even something as "small" in cosmic terms as a Solar System is still incomprehensibly huge to human minds.

Like, if you've ever lived in the country, and you know lots of little interesting details about the land just around you, weird nooks and crannys, funny points in the landscape, then think about how the whole earth is covered in stuff like that, and that mars and venus and mercury all have pretty much similar amounts of quirks, then that Jupiter and gas giants have thousands of times the surface area, and that's not even getting into all the moons and asteroids, of which there are astronomical amounts, then remember that something like 98% of the Solar Systems mass is in the Sun, and then that the Solar System in totality is almost entirely empty space, and you may begin to get an idea of just how little you can really comprehend its vastness.
 
After reading the G1 blog, I just wanted to say that I am strongly hoping that Eggman and Bowser don't end up having significant stat advantages over one another. They should be relative in the stat trinity just based off their high ends, with maybe one of them holding an edge in one area, and have the battle come down to hax and abilities.

Or in layman's terms: I don't want this to be an episode where Bowser severely overpowers Eggman in stats and abilities, I want it to be as close as humanely possible based off the research many other parties have done lately.

That's basically a walking nuke. In something like an urban fantasy story, that's completely overpowered. Short of poison, disease, or radiation, a modern military wouldn't even be able to touch such a person. They'd have to be hit with a tsar bomb point-blank to be injured at all, and there's just no practical way to make that happen. Such a character could very easily just go around wrecking cities, and humanity would be more or less doomed.

Most large munitions are at least multi-city block level, right?
 
I kinda wonder how much the armies are gonna count for in the actual episode. While yeah it is an army fight so all the minions abilities matter, it’s still supposed to be Bowser vs Eggman at the end of the day. I feel like it would be kind of cheap if in the fight Eggman only wins cause of Metal Sonic or Bowser only wins cause of King Boo or something.

You are kinda right but I also believe that it will just be that at the end of it all, yeah it's n army fight but part of me believes that they will say their armies counter each other so it's gonna be just them two at the end + maybe like sage cause I still haven't found a valid argument for bowser to get rid of her
