Jokes aside that might be some of the weakest holy manipulation I've seen on a profile, they perform miracles? Weak sauce the average holy spell in an JRPG clears the dumb rocks and their holy powers.
Ganondorf still soloes via needing REAL holy weapons to handle him.

But is that actually holy manipulation? Performing miracles (I mean, plenty of times demonic forces have done so in stories) and being described as good or great doesn't necesarily mean holiness.

Chaos energy was never referred as holy power in the series so that doesn't work, if anything, miraculous by definition (or one of its) means "very effective or surprising, or difficult to believe", which is something chaos emeralds do on regular basis

I mean, it's true but what the page specifies is that miracles performed through the holy power are a potential application of Holy Manipulation, not that performing miracles in itself is by default a holy power. Especially considering that Chaos Energy and many other things in Sonic have reality warping powers and all.
I'm not really doubting the Master Emerald having holy properties or anything, just that I feel the justification is a bit lacking- I mean, there could a line of Knuckles openly saying it's sacred or Sonic using it to kill Dracula, or something.

I finally watched this and I want to call attention back to it, because this had no right going as hard as it did. For anyone interested, the fight is voice acted with SFX, text and stills to keep it flowing. They have other Death Battle's too (Mandalorian vs Courier, Doomsday vs SCP-682)
Based Armstrong win. I have no idea how he pulled it off even with the explanation, but I'm all for it. Also I apparently need to read Steel Ball Run, because what the hell even are Valentine's powers.
