seems like it was def a power thing
also saitama in the bottom right looks straight out of the webcomic artstyle, but maybe that's just me...
 
Manga atomic Samurai uses blade mode and he even used a Zandatsu against Melzalgard’s orb
watch them confirm that he really does have a HF blade that cuts atoms

I know this is way late but I still follow the theory. Its been 2 months since the "God level threat" appeared and going based off that, it seems there will be at least 3 big villains every 2 months. (Boros, Orochi, and Garou). Based off this, the series is at least 33-40% done

I personally wouldn't consider Orochi to be one of the big two villains
his fight was too short and Saitama didn't pay attention to him for a good chunk of it
and none of the S class or anything important really got involved....and he was immediately fused with Psykos, and then the fusion ended up getting trumped by Sage Centipede, who ended up just being Garou's dinner, who ended up being the actual big fight of the arc
so basically Orochi wasn't really a main event prophecy tier opponent, he was just a sacrifice
it's cleaner that way regardless

Month 1 Prophecy Boss fight: Boros
Month 2 Prophecy Boss fight: Garou
Month 3 Prophecy Boss fight: Ninja Leader?
4: ??? who knows...but it could be a psychic, perhaps tsukuyomi's leader, or maybe an army of artificial psychics
5: Mad Cyborg? Or just the organization.
6: likely God, could be something wildly different but probably not.
 
Unconventional resistance to damage transferal. ( Voodoo dolls with his likeness will become supernaturally resistant, making harming them difficult. )

I mean, I hope it becomes true

But regardless, there's no way a human Genos with no power sensing can compare a Robot destroying his city with Saitama sneezing Jupiter out. Hell, regardless how badly the city was damaged, even if it left a big hole in the ground big enough to see the core of Earth, I doubt even that would be remotely comparable to Saitama's feat
