Makes me wanna make a match between Garou and Tornado, now that they are scaling above the same rating.
in my opinion, both bloodlusted in equalized speed, i cannot see garou winning. But, In character and equalized speed, i cannot see Tatsumaki winning.

This is still the best drawn sequence in the entire series.Reading this part of the manga was quite the experience.
Everything up to chapter 36 was a level of artwork that exceeds any other manga or comic in history in terms of sheer quality.
Can't change my mind on that. Shit was beautiful.
