For Zoro's post mink medicine key: Adding higher reactions for Zoro due to the fact he could react to Base and Hybrid King with his flame off, Zoan forms amp his speed via the vivre card statement and his flame being off is shown to make him significantly faster.

For King: He would have higher with his Zoan form due to being faster than Base as well as with his flame turned off. His imperial Deep Pride Stake would have even faster attack speed as Zoro who could react to No Flame King was completely blitzed by that attack.

I do think King should be "higher" with his Zoan form, "Even Higher" with his flame turned off.
Zoro was still reacting to Zoan and Hybrid King, but flame-off base King basically went FTE for him. It has to be faster than the things Zoro previous perceived just fine.
Imperial Deep Pride Stake is just another "higher" since it blitzed Zoro even at a ridiculously long range. King has a lot of speed amps-

🤔 but much higher/original size and more details... Should make it much more accurate... Right? I'm not sure but I think if something is zoomed out plus blurry, plus from a screenshot from a YouTube video... It wouldn't be the same but not sure...

Fairly straight forward chain tbh.

Sanji would get a "far higher" for his Maximum speed? His feats of dodging the lasers were done before Queen basically thought Sanji went invisible with how fast he was moving.

Queen does not scale to Sanji in speed. All the times Queen caught Sanji was due to him being off guard. Whenever he tried an attack when Sanji was paying attention, Sanji dodged them with ease.

Germa Gene Sanji has no scaling with King in speed

Sanji is the only one right now that scales to that value.

Henry Queen: Sanji jumped away from Sparkling Queen, thinking about his brothers, and Queen launched his attack. Sanji had little time to defend himself. He was clearly off guard.

Winch Queen: Almost the same exact situation as when he got hit with Henry Queen

Sure. He was surprised. That still doesn't mean Queen scales.

Remember this is speed not AP.

Is it? He was actively look at and yelling back at Queen. There's not a lot of ground for "off guard" when you're locked on target.

Also when Sanji dodged the lasers after getting hit by henry queen, he was having the same flashback as he did when he got hit by the other attack. So basically

He scales to pre germa genes Sanji, not post Germa genes. All the times that Queen tagged Sanji was because he didn't have his head fully in the game in the moment.
