I see the champions thing as a way to pinch in for the channel. That's it. It's only $3 and YT takes a huge cut out of it. So if anybody feels like it's not worth it, then I wouldn't blame them and they should stop being champions. I don't see them adding any more incentives than emojis, BTS, and the sneak peak of the next fight.

The episode is alright and the ending is kinda emotional. Didn't like the ad segment after the IT'S TIME FOR A DEATH BATTLE segment, ruins the hype a little. Couldn't they do the same like in Harley VS Jinx?

Which is why I wonder if the crew could think of more efficient ways to earn money.
Like, instead of making a YouTube champion membership, they could make a US$3 a month Death Battle specific channel. At least only the Rooster Teeth management takes the margin they sit on and feed more to the crew rather than YouTube.
Well... I am not sure how much YouTube took away as a margin from the Champion members system tho - see? Brandon Yates is making a commissioned music for US$300 one-off or ~US$100 per month X 3 months on YouTube channel. He charges almost the same on YouTube as on PayPal. It does not make sense if he does not charge higher if customers pay by YouTube to compensate for the markup to take from YouTube - else everyone will pay by YouTube and not by PayPal.

I've come to the conclusion that jojo vs tanjiro was a filler fight.
They didn't spoil all the best feats in demon slayer for tanjiro to scale too leaving his scaling as to what the current anime has shown.
They've never cared about spoilers for anything in db before except now for some reason...
Just go ahead and say Dios feats in jojos body are Jonathan's. That will shut up anybody disagreeing with the outcome.
Might as well have had nezuko jump in on the fight at the end and have Jon kill her as well. If she just saw her brother die I don't see why she wouldn't do that. I'll give this ep a 8/10 like everybody else because muh feels.

They only scaled Jonathan Joestar from early stage Dio Brando, Tarkus (whom Jonathan fought and defeated - for AP) and Joseph Joestar (also a hamon user) who dodged a light beam (relativistic to low FTL).
Given Demon Slayer top tier characters can "only" clear 40 tons of TNT and blitz lightning, while MHA characters can dodge lightning too but hit at that small city level Heaven-Piercing Ice Wall, can Kyojuro Rengoku actually defeat Mirio?

Well this is Part 1 cast. Part 3 casts and Part 4 casts have crazier scaling. Part 5 and part 6 even so.
I can see Part 2 characters have stats in between part 1 and part 3.
Shall wait and see for myself how matchups turn out like Giorno vs P5 Joker and by extent John vs Raidou, Jack Frost vs Cirno and YHVH vs Arceus and Aigis vs Noel Vermilion (and arguably Aleph vs KOS-MOS) and more...

Well more likely Jonathan will just mercy shut down the Nezuko in deep grief (should the young sis goes crazy) such that she could immediately rejoin her eldest brother.

Honestly this is absolutely to itch the "crossover fanfiction we're never gonna write" part of people's brains. How long will it take Nezuko to trust Jonathan? How much will the guilt of killing Tanjiro effect Jonathan in the long-term? What'll happen when Tanjiro's allies show up? What about Jonathan's? Does Tonpetty know about the Demon Slayer Corps? Will allying himself with the Demon Slayers let Jonathan survive his fated encounter with Dio on the boat? Would Jonatahn be able to take down Muzan? Would Muzan and Dio work together? What effect would the Demon Slayer stuff have on Part 2? Will this story be carried on into future Part 1 and Demon Slayer matchups like Flash vs Quicksilver was? Will Dire still ******* die, or will he kill Muzan with his Thunder Cross Split attack?
