What's the general opinion on Paper Mario vs MegaMan.EXE as a matchup? Was trying to find matchups for PM that weren't Archie Sonic and this seemed to be the only notably good one?
It also seems like it'd be a MM.EXE win from the research I did which caught me off guard, figured PM would've had it.

Mario, if we were to unironically use word of god, would probably be street tier because that series doesnt have canon. Instead its used to combine different games lore to wank to just 2-B and then composite Paper Mario just to prove that cosmic base Mario is consistent.

But again, sometimes the lore is important and careful comprehension is required. Else we will miss a lot of understanding on the true powers of characters.
Lore and cosmology are the factors that can be wanked really high depending on the comprehension. Scaling is just ... logic IMO.
