Mihawk > Shanks ~ 26.6 Teratons. He's got Armament and Observation Haki.

Beautiful AP difference. 3.99 Teratons, but Mihawk has the AP advantage.

Akame resists Observation Haki (never thought I'd say that) via resistance to telepathy and aura suppression, so it'll be hard to think of her movements.
Busoshoku Haki has a forcefield which has shown to completely block out poison, so that would be a serious issue.

Information Analysis allows him to see how she would fight, so that's a huge issue. He also outranges her and outskills + his new Acrobatics is gonna help him move around. He also has Limited dura neg. Surprised that Akame doesn't have Acrobatics.

Neither one of them have Regeneration so their Regeneration Negation is useless (just checked, this version of Akame doesn't have it).

So what I'm seeing right now.
Mihawk has higher AP, outskills, can amplify his attacks with Buso, has a forcefield which stops her Poison, can see how she fights (but can't read her mind), more agile (until she gets acrobatics on her profile), and last but not least, Kokuto Kogetsu.

Mihawk sword spams.

I vote for Dracule Mihawk for My Reasons.

Mihawk has 26.6 teratons, while Akame should be at least 22.58 teratons. Given from the AP adv Mihawk has he already has a heads up. She has stealth mastery, which is ultimately useless against Mihawk who has advanced haki, and would sense her whereabouts let alone easily. She's a master swordsman, but so is Mihawk. Due to Mihawk having the attack potency advantage here, I'm going to vote mihawk.

Oh that's interesting then. Well regardless if he can't sense her whereabouts, he still has busoshoku haki to enhance his sword strikes, and he can move around pretty well with his sword, as to when he charged at luffy with it. I think he wins by keeping range and slashing his sword.

Mihawk is definitely much, much more skilled than Akame. Pre TS Zoro is more skilled than her and Mihawk disrespected Zoro with a butter knife.


She doesn't resist Kenbunshoku either, only Enel has shown mind reading, Mihawk should have typical Precog from Kenbunshoku.
