Can she hide her Presence? If not her Stealth Mastery doesn't really works on Zoro.
Also Zoro can hear the Breath of non living things such as steel.

That is not impressive at all. When she Attacked his enemy she can be sense, Zoro analytic prediction more than enough to counter that.

Well although the beheader was a shitty fighter but his mind reading and future sight is obviously better than zoro’s
He sees both the future and still reads minds at the same time. Well he was chopped up by Akame.
Also akame was able to sneak up Esdeath, that could analyze hundreds of not thousands of rebels enemies at the same time just by looking at them charge at her.
So yes it is pretty impressive and Esdeath has shown analytical predictions better than anything Zoro has shown.
Also Esdeath could sense Leone, although she could not pinpoint her location she could tell she was somewhere around.

Zoro have the ability to sense a breath of non living things without even used his Kenbun.
What stopping Zoro for sensing Akame's Breath and Sword?

I think it was because his weapon couldn't withstand Akame's Teigu strikes. Like it was nearly broken after the whole illusion thing, so Akame decided to break his weapon, causing Zanku to retaliate and try to kill Akame before his weapon broke but he wasn't fast enough, his weapon broke and Akame kill him.
I believe the fight happens in Chapter 6 if you want to check for yourself

This is more or less early Sharingan type shenanigans than Kenbun. And the fact that it needs to see the smallest muscle movement automatically makes it inferior to even the most basic kenbunshoku.
Kenbun reads your mind, reads your intent, foresees the next pattern, severity and scope of what's about to hit you. Enel showed basic observation and he knew exactly what would hit him and how bad it'd hurt.
You don't need to read muscle movement for Kenbun precog, you can do it with your eyes blindfolded and a thousand other things causing a ruckus around you.

I'm voting Zoro due to his absurd skills and analytical prediction, ability to probably sense Akame for King's reasons above, and ability to boost his stats past the 2x AP Gap (via Haki, Enma, Muscle Expansion, Hao Infusion, Goken, and Asura).
Goken and Asura especially, since the former has consistently with just 1-sword used beaten people who a normal 3-sword Zoro couldn't beat (not to mention in Enies Lobby Goken matched a Double Rankyaku from Kaku, which is double one Rankyaku which matched normal 3-sword Zoro), and Asura is a 3-times multiplier so even a 3x multiplier of base Zoro (who is 760 teratons via backscaling from Base King) would be 2.28 petatons, and Buso Asura (which is 3x normal Buso Zoro, who matched Base and Zoan King who is 1.032 petatons) would be 3.096 petatons, or nearly double Akame's AP/dura of 1.58 petatons.

Note not all pages not shown were about the war. She analyzed millions of soldiers during the start of the war, their formation and movement pattern and figured out where their weak point was all in at best a few minutes to an hour give or take.

I'll count the votes later but I'm voting Zoro via having an immense skill advantage, Busoshoku Haki to stop Akame from even cutting him, and having much more impressive analytical prediction and Precognition via Kenbunshoku.

She doesn’t have any drugs as her Standard Equipment so she won’t have them to use. And she is already using Ennoodzuno (which is noted on her profile to shorten her stamina and tires her out faster) in this battle according the OP

Akame is already in Ennozuno, i think and the drug only serve for the drug boosted key so it doesn't apply

Fodder who also had 7-B's - 7-A's in their ranks? They're only fodder relative to esdeath.
Shikoutazer wiped out tens of thousands with the king beam, the missile strikes killed thousands with each bartender + the number esdeath slaughtered + the amount that were killed after they invaded the capital and they still had at least a million soldiers to surround esdeath with at the end.
