Naruto Part II Revisions (Multipliers/Calculations)

Large jumps in tiers aren’t a problem in themselves if you can make a good case for it.
Let’s see the evidence in another thread after this is over. The gang already spent almost 18 pages talking about this and it was made to talk about earlier parts of the series.
 
All we need is something to scale all the characters to. If we don't have that, L.
Might as well just scale off KNO Kid Naruto punching Manda, 16 year old > Kid Naruto, and scale off that.
 
We can scale from 7-B Jiraiya calc though. We don't need to use Kid Naruto.

EDIT: Actually if Pains dura is 30 megatons lets just scale SM Jiraiya, Kakashi, Naruto, Sakura and Paths of Pain to that.
 
Which one is that again?
If it's the sage mode rasengan one, isn't backscaling off of unknown multipliers unwise?
 
Shouldn’t Pain’s Shinra Tensei scale above the RTaW? The same Shinra Tensei that Base Naruto and Kakashi were able to survive?
 
I thought that maybe we can say that because Pains dura is 30 megatons maybe that can be the AP and Dura of paths of pain and for characters like Kakashi, Base Naruto, Sakura, etc. But then I realized that Pain that tanked that was a Deva path before Nagato was drained from Chibaku Tensei. And that Deva path is above 7-A KN4 and scales to High 7-A, so we can't do that. I was tired and I made a stupid mistake. I am in favor of just scaling characters from Rain Tiger, but Damage disagrees, so idk.

This is true, Devas ST (when all Pains are active) should at least be above Rain Tiger, so lets scale characters to that. Full power Deva can then be High 7-A.
 
Damage doesn't disagree, he just needs a valid reasoning on why RTaW would scale to their taijutsu. Same for me.

AP is not dependent on chakra.
You can have a jutsu with less chakra that causes more AP and vice versa (Kirin stronger of all of Sasuke's lightning attacks at the point in time that it was used, required very little chakra).
You can have a jutsu with mass amounts of chakra that has no AP (healing jutsus like strength of a hundred, teleportation like Kamui).
Shadow Clone jutsu uses a shit ton of chakra for clones that disappear by stepping on rocks.

So saying "it should" since it's a casual attack made w/ chakra, and anything used w/ more chakra should scale above, doesn't work.

I disagree with mei melting madara sussano. Madara sussano was covered with mei attack and it only bits of sussano

How do we also quantify tsuande breaking the ribcage of sussano??? One it was woodclone( 1 of 9 woodclones) and two we dont know how much chakra goes into woodclones

Garra also shouldn't scale to him blocking the city attack since he got knocked unconscious by those small explosion

Majority of kages should be city level to mountain level

Well. Some of them had shown the ability to rival or stomp Bijuu. Same with Akatsuki members such as Deidara, and some of them should be comparable to Deidara in terms of potency. We just don't scale them to Bijuu Bomb.

Like i said a handful of them can but the majority dont

If we dont scale them to the TBB whats the point?? We scale TB to their TBB we cant say scale kages to the TB without scaling it to TBB

What... yes it does. while having more chakra doesn't mean the power increases Linearly or 1:1 with the chakra pool but to say that ones Attack Potency is not dependent on Chakra is outright false.

Otherwise, you have to do a lot of mental Gymnastics to explain the following.

1. why Naruto Literally jumps tier when gaining more Chakra from Kurama
2. why kaguya's ETSB jumps tiers from absorbing more chakra
3. How Naruto And Sasuke can only do their ultimate attacks like Indra's arrow and Ashura attack after they absorb More Chakra
4. Why the amount of Shadow Clones Increase when you have more chakra
5. or how the Databook outright states that the reason why naruto's rasegnans grow in power isnt because of its size but because of it's chakra
6. How Boruto's rasengan jump in tiers from Naruto giving him Chakra
7. how Hinata and the Shinobi Alliance gained massive Amps in power from Naruto's Chakra cloak
8. Naruto amping up Hinata's gentle fist to destroy the Tenseigan.
9. Sasuke needing to Absorb energy from naruto to create his final chidori in their last clash

Equating Kirin with the majority of the shows Jutsu is a false equivalency, the whole point that Kirin has so much AP inspite of it taking so little chakra is what makes it special. (along with it's speed)

what??? The Jutsu that outright amps both Tsunade and Sakura to Ridiculous Degrees....

This is a non sequitur, comparing different Applications of chakra doesnt suddenly Invalidate the corrolation between Chakra and it's Jutsu. nor is it relevant here in this context because unlike Kamui, the Rain jutsu has measurable energy.

Shadow clones share similar AP to their Original, it's only the durability that gets negged, however with enough Chakra you can amp up the Durability of your clones aswell. as seen by naruto during the war.

Forgive if I'm wrong but isn't the lightning in Kirin just natural lightning and not Chakra based? Wasn't it that Sasuke only manipulated the lightning in the clouds with, what I'm assuming is, his Chidori and aimed it at Itachi?
 
Yeah its not even about chakra, the fact that a weak jutsu meant for sensing accidentally generates 18 megatons means that literally any Pains jutsu used for combat scales above that. We used to scale Pain like this in the past. Then people started making up their headcanon as to why we can't use it.
 
Pain shouldn't scale to that because he's using his chakra-absorption against it. He isn't actually stopping it through physical force.
 
Pain gains an aura when he’s absorbing things, and like WoI said, he touches the Rasengan (and it looks like it’s even impacting his face and body) before absorbing it.
 
Okay then, 13.46 megatons for Pain’s lower end, which then scales to the BoS cast and Sage Jiraiya.

Now (sorry if this was answered already), can we backscale from the Sage Mode multiplier?
 
wait I do have some Presumed Issues with scaling.

BOS naruto I assume you mean base Naruto right?

But the base Naruto that tanked the Shinra Tensei is likely far stronger than the Sakura from BOS and I dont remember Sakura getting much stronger until the War arc.

Sakura would scale to Kakashi, who also tanked Shinra Tensei, and Kakashi didn’t get much stronger until the War Arc either.
