RWBY: AP buffs

TBH, the tree itself isn't that big and Ruby is the only one who explicitly says that they have gotten stronger.
 
The problem with scaling to Ice Queendom is that its literally a thing that all of Team RWBY had increased strength proportional to how the other members of the team saw them, and that only applied to them in the dream world

Ruby actually got weaker in the dream world because Weiss saw her as an ineffective baby leader.
 
Hence why there should be a different CRT for ice queendom and dream realm stuff in general, because the mangas expand on some dream world stuff and gve other feats (Yang in a different dream realm one-punching a city-sized meteor, wrestling a giant dragon grimm, etc.)
 
I still think we need to come to a conclusion on Salem firing her magic at Jaune and Oscar. Especially with Jaune, since she was going for the kill at that time.

Do you have a clip? That definitely seems like an outlier given that Cinder in the same volume broke Jaune's sword through his aura
 
And it’s heavily implied that Salem was ******* tearing through Monstra to get over to them, what with his moans of pain.

In fiction, an inconsistency is when a character has an occurrence usually regarding power that differs from the norm. An inconsistency can work both ways, being either a low showing or a high showing. Generally, inconsistencies should not be accepted unless there is a good reason for it (such...

Outliers are showings that are inconsistent with a character's or group's normal demonstrations of power. Since using that feat would screw up the verse's powerscaling by making Jaune and every relevant V8 character comparable to Salem and Prime Ozma we're disregarding it as an outlier.

It's like if Mineta beat up Prime All Might in the next MHA chapter or if Krillin took a full power attack from Whis or something.

Though, I’m not saying like their AP is around the same. Only their dura. And, to be fair, Salem has been stated multiple times to be a glass cannon due to having no aura.

Edit: So it would make sense why she was blown to dust. She didn’t have a shield to protect her like with aura.
 
AKA, Hazel surviving his head almost being crushed by Salem, Yang surviving being tossed by her, the Grimm arms holding them down.....
 
Though, I still can't say for sure if she actually just teared a whole through it herself. More so the fact that she kept blasting holes in him until she reached the group.

They'd still downscale seeing as it took their strongest attacks to do significant damage (Yang's explosives and Dust Overdosed Hazel) but dura-wise the cast has taken hits from the same stuff

How does she scale physically to blowing holes in Monstra?

Monstra has only shown the capacity to do anything by physically ramming its body into stuff (Case in point, when it invaded atlas it full on slammed its body into the city). It it able to withstand the Kinetic Energy of its own body mass slamming into things of equal size without hurting itself, so its physical durability is 7-A.

Salem being able to physically tear holes through Monstra's body meas her physical power would also be 7-A

What do you mean physically? She blasted a whole in him.
 
Though, I will say that if we scale Salem to mountain with her blasts, then the jump for the cast's dura wouldn't be so high.
 
Simple fix, just have Salem be large island level with telekinesis/grimm liquid control

It's pretty clear her telekinesis/grimm liquid control is better then her physical power

Salem: 7-A (high 6-C with telekinesis/grimm liquid manipulation)

Prime ozma: 7-A

Ozpin: at least 7-B (can harm fall maiden cinder but still died to her and we have zero clue how much weaker ozma has gotten over time and the fact Oscar with ozpins magic after frist unlocking it could harm Salem who can tank yangs attacks with her semblance until she used her sticky bombs (yang downscales from the maidens))

Maidens: scale above ozpin via cinder killing him and still have Aura and energy to spare

Atlas Arc characters and pro Huntsmen: downwscale form the maidens (also can survive magic attacks from Salem but get stomped by her)

So uh

Not sure what math Rusty did but i just did an inverse square calc of the 7-A monstra explosion and got 7-B for Oscar's shield
