Neo Eclipse is the only thing that scales to Low 2-C, as that's a power that doesn't scale to Fairy Heart Zeref's regular spells and physicals. So no, Acnologia and Natsu's Flames of Emotion won't scale

Hey, hey, fanta here. Could you check this CRT out? To sum it up; it is a thread to clarify ratings for a tier group in a verse and to apply multipers for a certain character. Got one mod approval in the CRT, btw. It is a fairly small CRT for a fairly small verse, so I think only one more okay is enough for it. Oh and there is also some minor convo between me and another user about a scaling topic, but it isn't apart of the CRT proper and has already been given the okay in separate CRT altogether, so don't pay it much mind.

There can't be an outlier where Beerus destroys Arale because I think it should be enough for Dr. Slump to seriously beg Beerus not to kill Arale if Dr. Slump is not going to take anything DB scale, Arale 2c key should be removed and plot l1c should be removed Another proof that Beerus is serious is the direct destruction of Dr. Mashirito.

That’s not really the main premise here. The origin point of contention is how you’re trying to scale DBS characters to Low 1-C.

First off, Before The Dr. Slump episode…. Hakai has never ever been shown, depicted nor stated to have any remote inclinations of being 5-D in nature or power. And even after the Arale episode…. No other episode has surfaced which proves this notion either.

Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence after all and what is trying to be pushed here is to try and make Hakai get an extraordinary dimensional leap in potency. And the reason being a one time feat with no other supporting evidence.

If there were some kind of inclination to Hakai being 5-D beforehand or some other supporting evidence then sure… But as of now this is just a stand alone feat by itself.

Furthermore, the characters of Dr Slump are blatantly inconsistent and purposefully ridiculous. They themselves address inconsistent and logic breaking shenanigans in their own verse on a daily basis. There is no system of strength and power such as Ki, Chakra, or Rietsu for them. They simply are strong as they need to be at any given moment.

What you are trying to have done hear essentially. Is try to create a stable and concise and consistent scaling chain from characters who are anything but said things. There is a legitimate reason why despite Kid Goku keeping up with Arale in a race… no one tried to scale him to her speed. Or why despite Great Ape Goku tanking a blast from Obotchaman (literal Perfect Copy of Arale) no one scales him Arale’s AP stats.

Those feats are in a vacuum and Connor be properly supported. Nothing prior suggest those characters have those level of stats and nothing after supports it either. Ultimately you will have moments when both DB characters and Dr Slump characters intersect with each other. But under no circumstances should DB characters states be DIRECTLY scaled from a Dr. Slump character.

Because what you’d end up doing then is creating a scaling chain for the consistent characters having a starting point with an inconsistent logic breaking gag character and a one time interaction that can’t be supported any further than just that one instance

There is a reason why despite Ben 10 taking on Generator Rex in a Canon crossover. Neither character scales to each others stats. That’s because nothing suggests prior that their stats are at that level and nothing after supports the notion either

If you wouldn’t call it an outlier
It would DEFINITELY be Plot Induced Stupidity which there is an actual Wiki page explaining. It’s just a moment that happened for the sake of the plot and not a moment that is meant to have serious scaling moments taken from.

Long story short
Don’t scale DB canon characters directly from feats performed by Dr Slump characters. It will not be acknowledged especially if no further support evidence can back up the claim.

If you want to get Beerus up to Low 1-C. Then either:

1. Find at least one more piece of supporting evidence from the DB material scope that would support Hakai being 5-D

Or

2. Get people to accept Kid Goku (and scaling from him pretty much a majority of DB characters) as being as strong and/or as fast as Arale. At least then you can make a case for one time feats in Dr. Slump being useable for DB characters.

If you can’t do either then the road ends right here because Beerus being Low 1-C will simply never happen. Not for the current reasons at least
