Fight Rules: Speed equalized. Otherwise SBA.

Character Rules: Basic no-hax rules:

No regen mid or above

No in character instant win button (Long-lasting time Stop or BFR, for example)

No durability negation

The character must die when killed, or at the very least be put into a state where they can't fight. "Well they could just incap" is not a valid excuse.

Acceptions are given if these things have extreme limitations, like being completely out of character for example

Tbh there are more interesting characters that deserve some matches in BC, like Yami Sukehiro or Jack

Yama has dura negging abilities like his spatial cut, so I don't know (this applies to Jack too).
 
But it's just one attack that he uses as finisher move, Jack will be very interesting in matches as he always adapts like Garou (I might even make him vs Garou once)

I don't remember, it was more than sure a spell but nothing strong that could one shot or kill, more likely something overtime. I've read the novel some time ago.
