First the easy stuff: Kasen.
She herself would gain a few abilities:
-Sealing, as she sealed her own house away.
-Necromancy, due to weaponizing several skeletons
-Fusionism with her own arm.
-I don't know how to rate this, but her arm became its own being after being cut off from her.
-This is something that should apply to other Onis too, but Kasen should gain at least Mid-High regen against spiritual attacks, in the same vein as Remilia. When Reimu defeated her, she completely vanished, yet came back later. Note that even though her arm was left after being "killed", it was considered its own being again and so Kasen didn't regen from it.
I don't think that Kasen needs a key for her new forms, since she doesn't gain any new abilities like this and nor does she become stronger.
There is ooone possible thing. Kasen's Arm stated that her true form was "nonexistent" and implied that it can't be seen normally. However I have no idea how the hell we rate this, since no one goes on any further on this.
Also, Reimu should get Low Multiversal range via teleportation, as she could teleport her body to Hell.
Now for the big one.
We now know due to WaHH's last chapters that Touhou's Hell is infinite. More precisely, at least one part of Hell is infinite: Avici. A hell specifically meant to be infinite and boring. This is kinda huge, considering how Hell was only considered 5-A-sized before.
For the record, this is the list of feats that involves some form of Afterlife (Any afterlives in Touhou except for Former Hell scales to Hell, since the Netherworld is bigger than it and Heaven is bigger than the Netherworld):
-Suika destroyed Heaven in order to make it like the Moon was destroyed.
-Yukari messed with the Boundary between Gensokyo and the Netherworld.
-The Yamas increased the size of the Netherworld.
-Doremy not only re-created the Netherworld in a dream, she also re-created the Land of the Backdoor too, which should be Infinite too now due to scaling to the Afterlives.
This...is quite a lot of potentially High 3-A feats for the verse. Now of course not everything noted above is 100% likely to truly be a High 3-A feat, but it's still something I wanted to discuss. Bear in mind that the verse had possible High 3-A feats before too:
-Kaguya created an infinite corridor by taking infinite pieces of space-time and putting them at the end of each other.
-Miko absorbed all the space of the infinite corridor above, nullifying it.
-Miko also created Senkai, which has been stated to be infinite.
-Komachi extending the Sanzu River to be infinite under her powers.
So Touhou being now High 3-A is a huge change. So I really want as much input as possible with this.
(Also time doesn't pass in Avici. Idk what to make of this tho)
