It worked, not gonna lie. Though it doesn't sound that appealing honestly, just uncomfortable.

I agree with the rule, if the profiles are outdated, matches shouldn't be made and a rule could get the information out there faster.

As for the range + bde for that ability works. If the characters can effect the entire cosmology yet can't reach her then it should be fine given it's not like some special intangibility as the description is clear it's something else.

Maybe just leave a note on the verse page. A discussion rule doesn't seem necessary given that this will be rescinded at some point once the Touhou revisions are done
