A match to celebrate the upgrade of Fairy Tail to 6-C

Baam scales to a 30.1 Gigaton attack, while Natsu is comparable or superior to a 27 gigaton. So strength wise they are equal. Baam's flight won't help since Natsu has wayy greater range. However Baam, could easily absorb or nullify Natsu attacks, considering a weaker version of him did so to Karaka. Also to my knowledge Natsu has no way of dealing with his spam of shinsoo attacks.


So right now I'm going with Baam for his Danmaku, Power Nullification and Absorption.
 
Baam will have to cover a few kilometres from their starting distance due to his inferior range, but he can just use the orb's defense mode. Once he's in range, he can overwhelm Natsu easily. Voting Baam.
 
I was literally just looking at 6-C fairy tail yesterday, and pondering matches.

I agree, Baam should take this pretty handily. Not to mention that Natsu typically prefers CQC, normally using his longer range attacks to close the distance, deal with overwhelming numbers, or strike an enemy trying to get some distance.

Baam should be able to devour some of Natsu's long ranged attacks, or nullify them with the black hole sphere to close the distance. He has the advantage of flight, and while Natsu has seen that before, it helps that Baam will have danmaku in the form of baags coming down. Not to mention that he's no slacker in CQC, and it would be tough even for Natsu to face him. In particular since Baam will be capable of reading and mimicking Natsu's style.

Baam should take this pretty handily here, he outclasses Natsu in basically every category minus range.

Baam has resistance to Soul Manipulation by having a fraction of 1 Billion souls absorbed into himself and from what I remember the only Form Natsu is the Savage Dragon Fire that has Regen Negation and not his Fire Dragon King Mode.
