The anime only covers season 1, where Baam is a pussy. And just gonna say this, it's sort of on you to bring skill feats for Arthur, as all I currently know is that he can copy martial arts styles from people who have hundreds of years of experience as Rankers are just that old, so you can't argue against Baam without giving feats for Arthur.

This Baam doesn't do that combo

Literally the second move we see him use in s2. He lead with that against Love, a ranker. He used piercing against Urek (high 6-B) and didn't use immobilization against him because it would've been pointless either way. He only didn't use it when he was the one getting spam attacked.
