After a very tedious matchup in the 1st round, we can finally finish the 2nd round of the 7-C+ tournament!

Lucifer (@Lou_change) vs Twenty-Fifth Baam (@MonkeyOfLife)

Archangel Lucifer and Workshop Battle Arc Baam will be used.

Speed will be equalized.

Fight takes place in the Sports Festival Stadium.

Lucifer:

Baam: 7 (Arceus0x, MonkeyOfLife, ImNot4nUser, Lou_change, OneBleachHurricane, LoliNeverforLife, Psychomaster35)

Bam is more skilled(?), what does Lucifer starts with?

Bam will start with danmaku/CqC and immobilization. And the shields with reflection can be avoided with homing danmaku ig
And from some of her abilities she seems to engage in CQC if so Bam skill and immobilization comes into play.

REMINDS ME YET AGAIN THAT SHINSU RESISTANCE HAS RESISTANCE TO ELECTRICITY AND BUNCH OF ELEMENTAL STUFF BUT I HAVE BEEN PROCRASTINATING IT FOR MONTHS DESPITE BEING EXTREMELY EASY
 
Luci has better experience but Baam has more skill for he's been trained by the best of the best.
Anyways it doesn't matter.
What matters is what does Luci lead with? Because this Baam leads with shinsu and the moment he gets to use immobilization it will be over for Luci cause he'll probably use the piercing technique.
 
Lucy leads with Lightning Danmaku, and she can reflect attacks and create force fields to protect herself.

Also, her lightning paralyzes on contact.
 
Baam can also counter with his own danmaku and barriers and shields and such so he'd be fine. She can paralyze on contact while Baam can paralyze someone completely (even from using techniques) with a long distance attack. He doesn't lead with it, he leads with danmaku but he'll use it the moment he realizes that Luci has troublesome lightning danmaku.

Nice. How good is her danmaku, and no, shinsu resistance don't protect against lightning paralysis, those are different kind of paralysis...
Bam could block it with blue shield or get out of the way of it, since this key of Lucifer don't has homing attack.

Hundreds of meters for luci and at least tens of meters for Bam.
Basically both will run, Luci will attack first. Bam should have no trouble getting through the distance using blue oar and finally when he enters the range it's probably gonna be over the moment he uses immobilization.

Instantly freezes opponent in place. They can't move or use techniques as their energy is reversed. The effect takes 10+ seconds as Bam casually immobilized someone who had lower matter immobilization resistance for over 10 seconds at one point.

What stops Lucifer from using force fields?
 
I'm actually glad this fight was pretty quick. It's breath of fresh air from the long and tedious 8th matchup in the 1st round.
