Remember, without Determination at work. Asriel would have lose, hard,since all of his power relies on the reality-breaking property of Determination in his universe (and even when he broke reality, Determination itself isn't disappear, otherwise Frisk would have broke in the first blow). With Determination access on both side, while it give a child world-breaking power, it also give wise adult the same power that help even a young child to stand against through pure willpower. And what's going to happen if you give a border manipulator, a soul manipulator and a density manipulator that same resource? Not to mention one is ridiculously smart, and would exploited the ever-loving shit of that resource.

also even if you give the others determination (which still makes no sense), Asriel has the determination equivilent of 7 Undertale Human souls combined and has far more experiance using Determination. it would be a couple of at most 4-D beings against a 5-D being.

Frisk isn't some random child. They're a literal anomaly in space-time due to how much Determination they had. And even with all that, they couldn't even touch Asriel. Just...well, hold off for a little while. It's even implied they would have eventually been erased had Asriel not just given up.
