Unless the sleep is passive or Pesky is a higher-D then he's not hitting Yogiri due to fatehax. But even if the sleep was passive in speed equal (because Yogiri blitz passives in unequal speed) Yogiri's ID is just like a passive too so if the sleep is passive then Yogiri falls asleep then Ben dies but Yogiri still wins because he didn't die.

Would his death hax work on a ghost? Cause I'm thinking Omniverse Ben with Master Control and failsafe and all aliens vs Yogiri might actually be fair, but I'd first need to do some revisions, but this match is a stomp because of fate and passive death hax.
