The thing with black beard eoe is that we do not know wow long BB can keep it activaded, but it has to be formed before asta hits him once with long range pseudo- danmaku

it doesn't take time to form... He formed it faster than ace

Yeah even with AOE with is still BB attack in other words it only moves just as fast as asta since speed is equal, threfore since the distance is 200 meters and asta can amp his speed he will be able to outran the darkness, especially with ki, it is also not in BB character to start with it which he will have to do to not be one-shottedWhy would that matter? One more thing ace entei itself takes time to be formed( more than ace's regular attacks at least) and BB already got his darkess out of his body at that point

Devil fruit's supposedly come from their biology being altered so yeah they can't really be equalized to my knowledge. Haki is basically willpower manipulation so I don't think it can be equalized either.
