Denuvo also has had some shady shit under its belt like allegedly stealing code from VMProtect and then the case went hush-hush after some settlement was paid. Denuvo ATM is implemented by most big-league publishers (EA Games, Ubisoft, Activision used it once, Embrace Group, Square Enix, Capcom and a couple more I think) that aren't called Rockstar Games (They have their own garbage DRM that proves to be a hassle to legit gamers) or Microsoft or Sony.
