Whenever you reference the vsbattle wiki in debates, do people try and shut you down?

the argument I've gotten is roughly "well other indiviuals say something else so those calculations are unacceptable evidence"

This is absolutely correct.
This is true. While we strive to be as accurate as possible, you should not simply present our pages as "evidence". You should instead take the evidence that the pages themselves provide and use it in your argument. Done correctly, were someone really that stalwart against the use of this wiki, there would really not even be a reason to tell them the information is "ours", as it would really just be from a page where we provided the evidence as to why a character is where they are.

That likely will help. I usually post the page and tell them to look at the sources the sites use for clarification. I usually post multiple vs threads and calcs(when I can find them...)

Agreed 100% with Azathoth as well. Don't necessarily state a character has a certain amount of power because "VSB Wiki said so." Instead use this wiki as a source for you to find actual evidence for your arguments.

to be honest, this holds true for every single vs site

they are their own groups (and i am among the few who moves between them)

eg. mvc really didnt like anime vice and comic vine

comic vine does like mvc (and presumably vs battles)

vs battles had some friction with mvc before

i dont think anime vice gets along with anyone iirc

out of all of them, i think the obd forums are the most respected (relatively)

DarkLK, where did you come with the idea of higher dimensions?

Well, there just had the idea to organize any abilities instead of saying something like "there is impossible to determine the outcome of the fight, if the characters are above multiversal level".
