When it been stated that Super Saiyan Blue give perfect ki contorl?

So i saw that everytime someone say that Krilin\X should be upgrade becuse he fight with SSB others keep saying that this is wrong becuse SSB give "perfect control" but when actually Beruus\Whis say that? this is sound to me like the rumor of "saitama's punch is half of the big ben",somene has proof for that?

I remember goku saying that he could not use Kaioken with regular super saiyan because the Super Saiyan Ki was too unstable. Not sure when he said that, tho, probably when he was suffering from the after effects of using incomplete kaioken vs hit.

I believe it was in the anime, in his fight with Hit, Goku or someone said SSB was capable of being overlaid with Kiokan because it had perfect ki control or something like that and Goku said he was incapable of overlaying it with normal SS (it was only in the DBZ anime did he use SS Kiokan on Pikkon).

I could be remembering wrong though since I can't even remember the episode name or number when Goku fought Hit fought.

It's in episode #39: "The Advanced "Time-Skip" Fights Back?! Will It Come Forth? Goku's New Technique".

When Goku starts using the technique, everyone starts commenting on it.

Old Kai mentions how the SS transformation is hard on the body and that combining it with Kaio-Ken would have been like throwing your life away.

Vegeta also remembers that Kaio-Ken grants great power but is rough on the body.

Goku then states that SSB is a combo of power, calm state of mind and 'proper' ki control which is what allows it to be mixed with Kaio-Ken. (I'm using 'proper' because that was what was used on the version of the subs I watch on ******************)

Basically, SSB requires much higher ki control to attain unlike the other SS forms. That requirement gave Goku the necessary control to finally use Kaio-Ken with a SS form.

In DBS we see characters like Beerus and Whis, who are way above Goku and Vegeta in terms of power, skill and control do things that they wouldn't be able to do without some serious control. Beerus backhanded Bulma, a normal human, without taking her head clean off. That would take insane amounts of control. Beerus was also capable of neutrilizing Goku and his energies from destroying the universe. Whis also easily knocks out Beerus and Vegeta, who he can just as easily kill with little effort.

If those characters couldn't control their outputs, they'd be killing people left and right.
