Update Resha, Haru & Lucia to Tier 5-B: Planet level

So I was reading the Rave Master chapter 244, and many characters implied that Endless is powerful enough to wipe out their planet. That's right, they clearly said 'planet' not 'world' not 'dimension' not 'universe' not 'humanity' but rather a freaking 'planet'! Guess what? The planet level thingy wasn't brought up only once in the manga, it was brought up again where the Etherion was stated to have enough power to destroy the planet in Rave Master chapter 291. Therefore Haru, Lucia, and Resha should easily scale to be a planet buster.

Give us a reason for why this wouldnt be an outlier

Yep, Endless was going to destroy the planet... via Overdrive, an attack that took several hours to charge up and would have also killed Endless as well, This doesn't scale to Endless's Normal AP or even his Durability, therefore Haru and Lucia don't scale at all, cause they only scale to Endless's Normal AP and DC, if Lucia had 5-B AP on his own, then he wouldn't need Overdrive or to charge it up for several hours

5-B only scales to Full Power Etherion and Overdrive

Elie always holds back when using Etherion offensively cause she doesn't want to destroy anything

So no 5-B Haru or Lucia, Elie only gets it with Full Powered Etherion

Pretty much what Mitch said. Endless' ability to destroy the planet is in reference to overdrive a suicide move, consequently not scalable to it's standard AP and not scalable to Haru or Lucia.

Resha/Elie on the other hand scale, Etherion is consistently stated to be more powerful than anything else in the verse including overdrive, it's largely the reason Elie hardly ever fights- a single slip up on her part would destroy the planet.

No, not entirely, there's a lot wrong with the profile barring the change to 5-B anyways tho

The whole verse needs a revision, i just haven't found the time
