Unpopular Opinions and (Friendly) Rant thread

Most of the time I hear criticism about things I like it's just stupid contrarian shit like "Anime BAD!!" and what not

Six songs in and I feel bad for all the guys who thought this was gonna be a very dark album or about Tyler being paranoid of his own fame.

Idk what the hell Nasuverse is and I don't care, but their fans on here gotta be quarantined, I looked in there and it was like the keyboard LARPer version of a flashbang.

The server actually put a ban on posting photos of real buff (or just strong) men after someone was talking about if it's possible to have abs despite being fat and I responded with a picture of Big Lenny.
Their heterosexuality so weak they have to put bans on buff guys so that they don't get automatically magentized to the nearest gay bar.

Why is Hollow Knight such a bad game?
I guess it has to do with how un-linear it is? It sets itself up on more of the metroid end of metroidvanias, and I'll be honest I've only played the first metroid on the NES, but it just doesn't feel fun. It feels aimless, and with so many areas connected to eachother it gets overwhelming. It's not like Dark Souls 1 or the handheld Castlevania games, where there's still multiple diverging paths that lead to shortcuts or new areas yet the amount doesn't feel overwhelming. It's still alright in my opinion, but it's not as amazing as I've heard it is.
