Granblue Fantasy

Idk what exactly is there to argue for gacha games because they are gacha games.

Granblue Fantasy is just like most gacha starts with a humble horrible main story beginning.
Then it improves overtime.
but before that lets talk about Gacha.
i swear. If FGO hooks people with gacha draw drought and famine
Granblue does the opposite and basically slams you with tons and tons of draws and still won't be enough to get what you want because it is basically giving you a preview of what will happen if you whale in a gacha game.
Since it has multiplayer fights it kinda gets competitive to some people have making them play it.

now for the gameplay perspective it gives you more things to do than just upgrade this character making people argue in discord and flex their weapons rather than their waifu. There is also a summoning mechanic and class change mechanic which is very final fantasy esque giving you stuffs to play with.

Art has improved and animation improved as it currently is but still retain the miniature sprite artstyle but somehow they deliver the animation quality to make certain pay skins to be worth it.

Voice acting is great for this gacha game almost majority of their content are voiced and newer events are always voiced.

story is sort of a mixbag. There are basically stories that is amazingly done down to the voice acting and some character stories that makes you truly understand the characters of the game as they are and their struggle. But due to how they keep printing stories most of the time monthly event new stories can either flop or is surprisingly good. The anniversary event which is a major factor to this game also suffers from this specially due to how people have high expectations for it. The main story started really slow and bad that they changed the story slightly from the anime. But the 2nd half of the first arc it starts picking up and lining up together. They started 2nd arc fresh with a different setting and lots of newer characters and culture. 3rd arc as their latest stories is where it involves the first 2 arc within it as it picks up to be a much more difficult situation they have ever been as then tackle newer situations they haven't encountered yet that also threatens what they initially believed in and wanted to work on as they understand truly their world.
notable ones i enjoyed
What makes the sky blue Trilogy
Society and Foe series specially Home Sweet Moon
Ninetails series.
Robomi series
Kingdom of Irestill and the Dragonblood War
Savior of Dalmore
Auld Lanxiery and Elegy if Auld lang Syne
That time a 37 year old Former Imperial Soldier Got his Life in order By Awakening to The Greatness that is Sauna

Music is mostly made with the help of nobuo so they are top tier. Just look at final fantasy tracks

This gacha game is in a weird situation because their game can be played in a browser with official english running sync with the jp server as the main server but somehow the game is not available outside JP playstore so it doesn't even get mentioned not even once about popular games in mobile.

This is interesting, let me throw my choices and suggestions in. (For the record, most of these is based only on viewing the gameplay of others through Youtube)
1: I'm surprised there's no VR/AR (virtual reality/augmented reality) categories in the list, because most of the time those, Sandbox and Action-Adventure Open-World games are my favourite in order and I would have thought immersion would be unequalled in VR's case so I would have suggested:
H3VR (Hot Dogs, Horseshoes And Hand Grenades VR), Blade And Sorcery, Hard Bullet, Pavlov, Onward, etc regarding VR, Garry's Mod regarding Sandbox, and Sleeping Dogs and Elden Ring regarding Action-Adventure Open-World, mods for these games are insane (particularly Blade And Sorcery, GMod and Elden Ring, and I think H3VR as well)
2: I agree with God Of War Ragnarok and God Of War itself, but Elden Ring in my opinion purely due to variety and scale is above Sekiro, not even counting the mods on top of that, I'm not sure whether I'd put Assassin's Creed Syndicate/Unity higher up but ehh still happy to see it in the list
3: Tekken, Dead Or Alive, Soulcalibur etc should be up there in Action Fighting-Duel (The 3D aspect really makes the fighting that much more complex and "realistic"/immersive in terms of freedom of motion, not to mention the combination of striking, grappling, weapons and supernatural abilities) while Smash Bros Ultimate should be in Platform
4: NO WEB GAMES?
Firstly:

This exists if you want to relive Unity, Java, Shockwave, Flash, and other disabled plugin games, so there you go.
Additionally:

If you like educational and also fun games.
Secondly, I'm pretty damn sure Nitrome (they're remaking their games so they requested Flashpoint not to archive said games), Miniclip (before it went to crap with layout design and before game choices crashing down in number due to plugins), NotDoppler, AddictingGames, Armour Games, Kongregate, Y8, Box10, Stickpage, Newgrounds, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, History Channel, BBC, etc made our childhoods (for those of us old enough to know about them before NPAPI plugins were unsupported)
POWDER GAME, SUPER BRAWL, STICK WAR, GUN GAME, 300, 1066, SIERRA 7, PLAZMA BURST 2, DEADSWITCH 3 (yes it's on Steam but DAMN IT), DRAGON FIST 3, WARLORDS, LEARN TO FLY, RAGE, JELLY BATTLE, WARRIORS, JURASSIC FIGHT CLUB TURF WARS, CARBON COMBAT, WARMERISE, XIAO XIAO, THE LIST GOES ON NEAR-ETERNALLY!
(I'm not actually mad but I am surprised these were not added at all)
Hope you agree with these suggestions.
