I expanded the explanation. Round 1 is a typical 2hu Spell Card fight, Round 2 is a legit battle, though kills are not allowed.

R1 - Suwako has more known spells... but Ran is far more intelligent and it'd depend quite a bit... leaning towards Suwako

R2 - Suwako can infinitely clone herself should she need but Ran iiis Yukari's shikigami so guessing Ran would find a way to get around everything and outsmart her
