Top Five Strongest Non-Smurfs for every tier 8: New Forum, same rules

Bone Devil should be removed from High 8-C on grounds of not being High 8-C.
 
I think more should be removed:

1-A: Cetacean Hierarchy is High 1-A

High 6-A: Doesn't Mordekaise have higher D hax?

6-A: Zeref doesn't have such a key.

High 6-B: No one is High 6-B in Rokudai.

Low 6-B: Again Mordekaise. Better ask Weekly if he has or not.

High 7-A: Edelweiss is not such a tier anymore.
 
I removed Bone Devil from High 8-C since he was only 8-C.

I also removed Zeref Dragneel from 6-A since he is High 6-A.

Her misdirection negs extrasensory perception,warps the environment to mislead the person and disables any technology that would show location.This is also thought based.

I still vote for her in 5th strongest high 8-C

Never looses in the casino level. He also has a luck stat of over 4000 with the highest luck a normal human could possibly have being 999. Although that's already far above average. Normal luck stat of a human would be more around 32 or so.
 
Ehh,
Usually when you beat that character, you move on excel in unique circumstances.
Unless you can prove Dio and the rest beat Kang, then he moves on.

It's really difficult to discuss who beats the most characters overall. We generally just do who's the top in one-on-one fights, unless there's one who's obviously only at the top because of an extremely niche counter/those tier's quirks.

tl;dr you're right, but since that's hard to figure out, we usually just do who wins in a fight.
 
Wouldn’t a star allies playable character be better like Plugg or Kumo? Ignoring the 1-A lowball for him.
