Basically only characters who don't have higher-dimentional abilities or stats then their dimentional level (I.E. a 10D character can't have 11D hax, for example). Even if said stuff is pratically useless. This also includes protection from a higher dimentional being, range and resistances. Only the base stats are considered (I.E. if a character has a High 3-A technique but is only 9-A by itself, then the character will only count for 9-A and not for High 3-A).

Also, I removed characters I could tell at a glance were no longer a member of the tier they were listed under.

I think you grabbed an older version of the list because IIRC, Vecna was removed for being a smurf because he has access to 3.5 spells that are 1-A. Also, Cetacean Hierarchy is High 1-A so it's gone.
 
Xue Ying is no longer Low 4-C but High 4-C.

Zhong Yue is no longer High 6-C.
 
So, since ASG has been nerfed to 8-A all around, that means Zonda isn't as dominant in the verse since ASG1 Gunvolt is in the same tier and has Type 4 and 8. If there are no complaints, I will place Gunvolt against Fugil.
 
I've made the match, which can be found here. I also have added a section in the OP to link versus threads to decide certain placements.
 
So Danny Phantom Characters have now been revised to 6-C and Low 6-B. Do to this they need to be removed from High 6-C.

Characters from Danny Phantom should take 5th spot in 6-C since they speed blitz Keiji Mogami and some hax stomp him as well.

They should also take 5th spot on Low 6-B since like above, they speed blitz and hax stomp Karaka

Actually, Galacta Knight's light form "Fought and at last lost against Super Team Kirby in a battle where his opponents' tears ran dry and felt near defeat", and his dark form is even stronger. Super Team Kirby=Four Kirby.

Until Fugil and Gunvolt's fight ends, I'll be putting Gunvolt in 5th 8-A for his Type 4 and 8 immorality.

Does the matchup between Fugil and Gunvolt even need to happen? I don't think he can beat Type 4 and 8 Immortality.
 
I will actually push for Herah without Jeffery for 5th 8-A, since all her higher-tiered hax are tied directly to the pencil.

Also is the passive EE and BFR ring standard equipment? Because if it is she's probably 1st in the tier easy.

Edit: She makes this via her pencil, so no. I'll make her vs Gunvolt.

Edit 2: Wait, can standard equipment be disabled?
 
Type 4, she can beat since her EE burns you to an extent that High-Godly is normally needed to regenerate. Not sure about type 8, since that is reliant on someone or something else keeping the person around and she's never dealt with that before.

And the ring is not standard equipment, just something she can make.
 
Gunvolt resists EE. However, I think Herah beats GV eventually by killing Joule's soul with NPI anyways.

Also, I think Herah just beats 8-A outright, nothing I can see can beat High-Godly, and her EE beats the likes of Sacred Eclipse easy. Although, would High Godly regeneration be inherently smurf-like?

Hmm, the attack is said to burn everything even down to the very concept. If Gunvolt can resist that then he's good, though if the spirit is directly fused to them their liable to get destroyed in the attack as well I think.
 
Herah outright solos 8-A I'm pretty sure then. Even Sacred Eclipse doesn't seem to have an answer to her best stuff. Any complaints putting her at number one, anybody?

Also, I'm putting Gunvolt above Fugil because Fugil has literally no answer to Gunvolt's immortality while Gunvolt will eventually be able to land two decisive blows with literally infinite chances.

And the reason why I push for her to be at the bottom is because her big hax is a last resort for the character and since her gift is so versaltile it'd be hard to say what exactly she'd try and make since it seems more for situational use than anything else. She's a very physical fighter even with the fire she has and I don't think in-character she'd does too well against a lot of her competition.
 
If I'm not misinterpreting her profile, she has High-Godly that literally nobody in the tier has an answer to.

Yeah so, here's why her High-Godly regen ain't shit, the only time it's even been put to use to that extent, her flame was nearly exhausted stuck in their red phase (the coolest temperature) even when she was raging. Not to mention that her regeneration will not work if her flames get too weak, which happens the more she regenerates. Her regen is pretty good when all she has to worry about is regenerating from fatal wounds but the overall worst the damage the more it takes out of her.

However, I will have to add this small note to what I'm saying because it's something I personally forget happens, but when she takes too much damage at once, like having her head erased from existence she can heal in an explosion of violet flames which could probably take out most of the characters on this list.

Edit: I meant most of the characters within her tier.
 
also considering Herah has Jeffery as Standard Equipment why is she even on the list? Since one of her Standard Equipment has the ability to amp her to 2-A.
 
Except this is a list for people with people no smurf stuff at all. Herah has smurf stat amping so she should not even be here in the first place. Also if we are going to put people on the list by Restricting there smurf hax then vecna can go back to the top 2-C, and 2-A since he would be the strongest restricting his 1-A hax.
 
It's not just restricting her smurf hax, it's restricting an entire key of hers which isn't a part of her base stats, hence why Jeffery has their own separate listing away from Herah. If Herah could access higher tier stuff just by herself I'd agree with you, but she specifically requires an external source which she does not always have to get higher up, so she should be just fine.
 
Just uploaded the profile Risuka Mizukura, her second key particularly would take a 10-B/9-C spot, but I'm not sure exactly how far up she'd go.

tl;dr:
  • Invulnerability by being able to stop her own time, making her immune to change.
  • EE from the space-time continuum.
  • Age Manip to death if she stabs you.
And a couple of other more niche abilities.

I'm only familiar with two characters currently sitting in those tiers, and I can't tell who would win in those fights. Anyone here knowledgeable on any auto wins/losses she'd get in those tiers?
 
Ah, been a while since I’ve been here. Well, Eiji should easily be number 1 for High 6-C solely because Bleach High 6-C can’t RC him and can’t really deal with his conceptual hax
 
Already did long ago against Ulqi and Baraggan.

Both end up being a stomp. Also, shouldn’t Zhong Yue be up there as well? Or does he have some smurf hax?
