Vince can overcome her level of regeneration with Alien Attack since it vaporizes but all that speed she has will allow her to escape the damage transfer wave. However she doesn't seem to have anything to bypass his regeneration and has low stamina, so wouldn't Vince win via lasting longer then when she gets tired, hit defeat her using Alien Attack or Toxic Waste?.

Would his regen protect him from a 5-A or even 4-A attack? Wouldn’t that just delete him.
She would not even need to fight since the summons do the work, can he kill a tier 5 ninja?

Her 4-A summons are allowed?. I thought because this was 10-C strongest that her 4-A summons weren't allowed.

My bad, then she takes this since Vince won't reach her in time and her summons can overcome his regeneration.
