So yeah, Toujou is certifiably broken and starts with an unavoidable instant death ability that turns people to dust. I have no idea how he's below Johnny Test of all people.

I think he should be in the 3rd spot. Neither Yoon-Seok or the rat guy have any answers to his starting move, and @Rikimarox2 already said he doesn't remember Yoon-Seok challenging Toujou when he was adding him, so it shouldn't really need a match.

Kinda hard to explain but basically, Mental Models dont really fight each other with their Klein Fields (Which, when used offensivly, is 9A). They scale to walking on the bottom of the oceans unharmed.

I'm fairly sure that's due to time abilities alone, which is allowed. (i.e. ability to time travel places) I have never heard of her having any abilities that effect the timeline at large.
