Top 15 Strongest Non-Smurfs for Every Tier Continuation 4.0

Xande can even be capable of doing damage with his bat (due to Dura-neg) but he's so severely one-shot because the opponent is one tier above, that it's not even fair

She would eat him even if he had a AP advantage. She has thoughtbased spatial crushing that destroys you on a subquantum level.

Reasoning for stomp in case of battle:
Constantine has every single ability in his profile available to him except this single one

Reasoning for talking out of battle and gg:
John Constantine usually solves his complications via talking his way outta them, and is used to going out fine while messing with higher entities capable of stuff like Plot Manip and etc.
For the record, too:

With the addition of a tremendous outsmart.

So everything implies that it is very likely for the battle to look like Obi-Wan Kenobi vs. Traffic Stormtrooper, though through sheer talking:

I don't know either of the characters, but I think the problem here might be that Protagonist-kun's plot manip seems to be passive. So unless he outright resists he might get caught up in plot regardless of what he does (or whether or not he would convince Protagonist-kun)

It is quite simple: passive plot manip can make him stronger than John or resist his all his magic, but there is nothing that will be making him resist a SI as good as John's, simply because he's not trying to convince him to run in fear, lay down and cry or anything of the sort (despite the fact that he has shown some times that he can), he just wants to avoid it threat, avoid the fight, that's what he usually wants
Also, his SI can affect people stronger than him not to fight him (marked in his profile and in the citation I brought) and has affected beings way way way higher than both of them to do what he wanted, including, i.e., The Presence, who has involvement in all the creation and development of the multiverse and etc, including Dream Of The Endless, who is basically the plot manip guy, and Lucifer Morningstar, one of the craziest biggest baddest mfs in the verse.
Also "At least Genius" vs. "Gifted"
Also Protagonist-Kun is literally written to lack common sense, which makes him easier to deal with than many of his threats who had him talking his way out off of.

(If this discussion is up for too long, maybe will be justifying a thread, but I really really think it is unnecessary)

The option you are not considering here is that the plot armor just prevents SI from ever starting. Like, they might never even get to the point of talking or even meeting each other.
Not consciously using the power is a big advantage here that the examples you mention lack.

Protag's rating is weird, his rating come from destroying a toilet, which is 9-B not 9-C not to mention it doesnt even show the toilet being destroyed. Does anyone know about the guy and can explain his rating better

If the plot makes it that they never met, than that's his L, no? Cuz it makes him avoid the fight, not the opponent avoid fighting them
Also, apparently that's not what it normally does, from what I got on the profile

Sheesh, he apparently is not even on the right tier, damn

If it mabipulates John to leave then it would be BFR. But for what it does or does not do in practice you will need to ask someone else. I don't know the character.
