Henry Stickmin for High 8-C?
After he dies, gets KO’d, gets BFR’d, or gets incapacitated, he is able to restart to an early point of the fight to do something else, and he even came back after the universe he was in got destroyed by MissingNo or the Corruptick. Essentially, this makes Henry difficult to kill, with the only way for him to truly die is if he can accomplish his goal at the same time he dies, shown in Revenged where he killed Reginald, but in return, he does of his injuries.
As such, I think he should be above Nova.
